Oksana Budulak (b. 1984, Kokshetau, Kazakhstan) is a curator and critic who lives and works in Krasnoyarsk. She graduated in Art History from the Krasnoyarsk State University in 2006, and later attended courses at the School of Art Journalism at PRO ARTE Institute, Saint Petersburg in 2008, and the School of Textual Studies of the Russian Cultural Foundation in 2016. She took part in the programs Arts Leadership (New York, 2010) and What Is To Be Done in Art? (Novosibirsk—Leipzig, 2012–2013). From 2009 to 2015 she was the curator of Furgon art collective in Krasnoyarsk. She developed public programs and residencies for Krasnoyarsk Museum Biennale (2016), Museum Night (2016), a series of independent street projects Repetitsia, Krasnoyarsk (2013–2015) and the street art project Flag v ruki, Krasnoyarsk (2016).
